Sky Useful Pages: My Sky
There’s a reason why we’re all Sky customers, and it isn’t because they’ve got the nicest name. No, it’s because they’ve got the biggest, broadest and best range of TV in the country, a fantastic broadband offering and some of the best TV tech around.
Many of us take a good deal of Sky services as part of our packages, but managing those packages shouldn’t be a hassle. That’s why Sky launched My Sky, a one stop hub for managing every aspect of your Sky subscription. If you’ve never used My Sky before, you might well be confused as to how it works. That’s why we’re going to take a look at it now.
“View My Package”
By clicking the View My Package tab on the My Sky home page you’ll be taken to a page where you can see exactly what you’re subscribed to with Sky. All your TV options will be there, whether that’s Cinema, Sports, Box Sets, HD or any other option you might have taken. Also visible will be your Sky Broadband subscription and Sky Talk subscription, if applicable. By clicking into any one of these options you’ll be able to view the details of each product you’ve taken.
Additionally, you can view the freebies that Sky include as part of their packages. These might include Sky Go, Sky Plus, Record, Never Miss and Sky WiFi.
Finally, you’ll see the cost of your monthly subscription to Sky.
“View Bills and Payments”
This tab takes you into a page where you can see the exact cost breakdown of your subscription. This includes all your packages taken with Sky, any call charges you may have or any Sky Box Office bills you’ve accumulated over the month. You can download a PDF of your bill or find ways to contact Sky within the page, including the Sky number, found here http://www.contacttelephonenumbers.com/sky-contact-telephone-number/
“Offers and Upgrades”
Clicking into this tab will take you to a customised page featuring each of Sky’s current offers and any potential upgrades you can make to your deal.
“Get Sky Q Now”
If you aren’t already signed up to Sky Q, their premiere TV offering, you’ll be presented with a reminder to sign up for the new service from within the My Sky homepage. Clicking on the tab will take you to the sales pitch for Sky Q, where you can order.
If you’ve recently ordered something from Sky, you’ll be able to track the status of your order through this tab. If you haven’t, it will show all of your orders within a year.
“My Sky Extras”
The last tab on the My Sky page is My Sky Extras. This covers everything from Sky+ to Sky Atlantic, via Sky WiFi, Sky Go and the countless other services Sky provide like Broadband Shield. From within this tab you can find out more about each of the services and how you can turn them on.
