Air France Frequently Asked Questions

Two of the most commonly asked questions from customers calling Air France on 020 7660 0337 are:

How do I check in online?

It’s easy to check in online. Log in to your account, and enter your Flying Blue, electronic ticket or reservation number. Chose the flight your want to check in for, as well as for the other passengers travelling with you. Select your seat, using the online diagram. You can accept the seat allocated, or swap around by clicking on ‘change seat selection’. You can also upgrade your seat to get extra legroom, or an additional baggage allowance. You can either print your boarding pass or receive it by email. You can print your boarding pass at the airport, by using one of the kiosks.

What is Express Drop Off?

When you arrive at the airport, you must drip off your baggage at ‘Baggage drop-off’ before the time specified. To save time, you can use EXPRESS drop-off and self-tag your bags. If you have your boarding pass, either printed or on your phone, you can just scan it and print baggage tags at the EXPRESS drop-off kiosk. If you don’t have your boarding pass, you can print one off along with baggage tags, at a self-service check in kiosk. When you are all tagged up, just go directly to the baggage counter and follow the EXPRESS signs. Somebody will take your baggage from you and you can go ahead to the boarding area.

When you have a problem that needs to be dealt with, it becomes even more stressful, particularly if you have a tight deadline and a plane to catch. Our number will put you through in the quickest possible time, to the right person, in the right department.

Air France Customer Services Phone Number 020 7660 0337

Some larger companies prefer to deal with your enquiry by Live Chat or email, but in our experience, customers are far more likely to be satisfied if they can speak to a trained individual in person. This is particularly true when travel arrangements are involved. Our number will connect you more quickly than other customer service numbers you may find online. It is not uncommon to have to wait up to 20 minutes until your call is put through. Our connection time is consistently the fastest you will find online.
